About the work

In 2000 zonk de olietanker Treasure voor de kust van Zuid- Afrika en verloor 13.000 ton stookolie. 50.000 Brilpinguins en 10.000 zeevogels werden geevacueerd van Robbeneiland naar de kust van Kaapstad om zodoende in 2 maanden tijd terug te zwemmen. In de tussentijd kon de olievlek die was ontstaan worden opgeruimd.
