About the work

The Russian submarine Kursk, which sank in 2000, is raised in 2001 with the help of the Giant 4 from the Barents Sea. During the recovery operation, the 118 dead crew members are still on board. The cause of the disaster turns out to be an explosion of a defective training torpedo.
