About the work

The Russian submarine Kursk, which sank in 2000, is raised from the Barents Sea in 2001 with the help of the Giant 4. During the salvage operation, the 118 dead crew members are still on board. The cause of the disaster turns out to be an explosion of a defective training torpedo.
